What it is
A place where your child learns what earned feels like.
What it isn't
Not a trophy line. Not a game night. Not another activity to shuffle onto the calendar.
Most children's programs try to keep everyone comfortable. Everyone gets a ribbon. Everyone gets a turn. That is fine for a birthday party. It is not how children build.
This is a dojo. There is a standard. When your child meets it, they know. When they don't, we help them try again the same day.
We don't lower the bar. We raise your child.
Act 3· Inside The Hour
Sixty minutes.
Six beats.
Bow In
The transition from the outside world to the mat. Your child leaves ego at the door and centers their focus on the practice ahead.
The Core
Technique
The heart of the hour. We deconstruct a single movement with Your child until their biomechanics are flawless. This is where champions are built.
Warm Up
Dynamic activation. We prime their nervous system and mobilize joints so Your child's body is ready for high-impact technique.
Drill
High-volume repetition. We move the technique from Your child's conscious mind into muscle memory through focused, rhythmic drilling.
Spar Lite
Application under pressure. A safe, controlled environment for Your child to test distance, timing, and strategy against a moving partner.
Bow Out
The closing of the circle. Your child reflects on the day's progress and returns to stillness before leaving the mat.

Karate Kids is built for ages 8 and up. If your child is 5 to 7, Little Dragons is the right first step.
Most children walk in with zero experience. The white belt is the starting line for your child, and everyone else.
We recommend two to three classes a week for your child. Progress compounds fast when the rhythm is real.
No lock-ins that punish your family. Simple monthly membership. Cancel with 30 days notice.
We loan the uniform for the free trial. Sparring gear and uniforms are provided when your child enrolls.
