How does belt progression work?
Every belt at Excel is earned. Each level has a defined set of skills and character milestones that must be demonstrated before a student advances. Students don't progress because they've been coming long enough. They progress because they've earned it. That's what makes the belt mean something.

This is one of the most common things parents tell us before the trial lesson, and it's one of the things our environment is best at addressing. The structure of our classes gives children who struggle in unstructured settings a clear framework to feel safe and succeed. Come see it. The difference usually shows up in the first class.
